“Holding this event in early December was always going to be slightly challenging; however, well before the first of our 30 guests arrived, Will had already set-up the bar and was impeccably dressed and ready for action. He conversed in a relaxed, respectful manner, talking easily with all of our guests, who came from a wide range of backgrounds. He discovered their individual drink preferences and served them with a dazzling array of gin cocktails. For those who did not like gin, Will produced - without batting an eyelid - an excellent alternative, unveiling a bottle of his home-spiced, own recipe rum from which he created his own take (quite delicious!) on a “Dark and Stormy’ cocktail. Will’s care and dedication ensured a great kick-start for our event.
Will’s professionalism, encyclopaedic knowledge of drinks and mixers, coupled with his ready smile and engaging manner, enabled us to focus on the exhibition, secure in the knowledge he would look after our guests’ requirements within the agreed budget, throughout the night. Will played an important part in making this a very successful event, and I would unequivocally recommend him to anyone considering staging a function requiring a top-flight, pop-up bar.
